Most insurance or extended health benefit plans cover counselling services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Registered Marriage and Family Therapists (RMFT). Please consult your insurance provider to determine specific coverage options.

Supervision
I offer reflective supervision to help treating clinicians broaden their ideas and knowledge; clinicians are encouraged to critically reflect on their own biases and feelings which enhances clinical decision-making. Reflective supervision emphasizes the meaning of the work and using oneself safely and effectively.
